What anatomy means

From idea to product
In the development department we work on two tracks:

1) Development of products based on customer orders and requests

2) Development of products based on our own initiative and ideas

With enquiries we can help, whether it concerns a new idea, a concrete idea or a wish to improve an existing product on the market. We develop products both from a clinical perspective (e.g. with a focus on blood clots) and a non-clinical one (e.g. with a focus on descriptive anatomy). We work on questions ranging from the simplest to the very complex.

It is not possible to present a fixed formula for the process, as the process is always dynamic and situational. It usually includes elements such as help from collaborators (including illustrators) and a focus on the risk of others copying the product.

The price is set once the most important factors, such as estimated time and the use of partners, are in place during the preparation phase.

Pedagogy as foundation and guide

Science has long described human anatomy, and today we are all becoming wiser about diseases, genes/symptoms and possible treatments. When all this is described and illustrated in the public sphere, it is done in different ways and from different angles – some less instructive than others.

At Swehealth we are passionate about the educational aspect. That is why pedagogy is the foundation and ”guide” of our development department. In this presentation we will not reveal our ”recipes and secret ingredients”, as Asia in particular is extremely fast and efficient in the art of copying.

When you get in touch, we open the doors with great enthusiasm and welcome you into our engine room, where pedagogy is carefully followed by professional pride, precision and a focus on aesthetics in the product's design and expression.

Below are many of the products, which include:

  • ANATOMICAL MODELS (e.g. spine models)
  • Charts (special posters in all sizes)
